I think because those were the scariest to me, as a kid, but as a young adult years later, I can officially say the creepiest out of them all is the demon in the mattress.
That comes mostly from my fear of the supernatural, but it's honestly mind-numbing this episode exists. It's extremely close to the most memorable scenes or thoughts you get when you think possession.
